Loulou Loves You SS10 Collection Sneak Peek

So I paid a little visit to Mademoiselle Robot's blog this morning, and was pleased to find a little video preview of the Spring/Summer 2010 collection from Loulou Loves You. Even though it's only a sneaky peak, I'm already excited about seeing this range as it looks like the cutest one yet. The whole collection will be made entirely from silk, and will feature cute pieces like Peter Pan collars, hearts, flowers and the ubiquitous Loulou bows. You'll be able to see the full collection on her website soon, but in the mean time behold the gorgeousness in Mlle Robot's video clip.

The Great Damaris Easter Egg Hunt

While still catering for their core customer, their brand image and their designs have become more overtly sexed up, with more teddies, garters and even crotchless knickers added to the collection. In other hands this could all get a bit tacky, but no doubt The Lake and Stars will be bringing you a much more kinky but chic collection next season.

I came across this shoot in the latest issue of British Vogue, and thought it was worth the price of the entire issue by itself! I love the colours, the styling and the photography and I love Guinevere in almost anything. I'm so glad to see that the current trend of using models with boobs and bodies doesn't seem to be letting up anytime soon (Lara Stone also has a bodycon shoot in this issue too, sandwiched between the Guinevere and Kate Moss stories).

It kind of reminds me of a beautiful lingerie shoot from a few years ago in W Magazine that I'll find and post at some point soon. Anyway, if you like lingerie, buy this issue!

Last week was a rather hectic one for me, so this weekend I took advantage of some much-needed down time and treated myself to a magazine or two (each accompanied by a Cream Egg!). British Vogue did not disappoint, with some really beautifully shot lingerie-filled editorials and shopping pages. My favourite was the Guinevere shoot (more of which later), but cover girl Kate Moss didn't look too shabby either in this lingerie and luxury basics shoot.

I think the full fashion credits are visible if you click on the images, but I'll list the lingerie ones cos let's face it, that's the best bit!

Baby Grand SS2010 Collection

Hot off the press this week is the news that Baby Grand's new collection is now available to view and buy online. The London-based luxury lingerie label have recently been featured in Daily Candy's '25 Reasons To Undress' lingerie special, alongside hot labels like Wundervoll, Undrest, Nona De Samim and La Fee Verte.

The sheer silk satin, chiffon and georgette pieces and polka dot tulle knicker favourites are still in the collection, but this time there is the even more luxurious option of Swarovski covered knickers. For this season, bright eye-popping silks are matched with sorbet shades and traditional lingerie colours like black, white and ivory. The entire collection from pasties to robes, is handmade in house and if, for some reason you can't find exactly what you want in the range, there's the option of a bespoke service available for the big spender!
